Extended annual leave

To celebrate our employees reaching three years of service, DUAL increases the annual leave accrual from four to five weeks per year on an employee’s third anniversary.

Family leave

As part of Our Families Program we offer all our employees 18 weeks of paid parental leave, foster care leave to attend any necessary appointments, leave to attend training and a keep in touch program to help our people feel connected to the business. DUAL will also continue making superannuation contributions for up to 24 months while employees are on leave.

Soul food allowance

We know that wellbeing is more than just physical health and at DUAL we want to ensure employees are caring for themselves throughout the year. The soul food allowance helps to support employees with things that feed their soul and fill up their cup! This could be physical health such as gym memberships, sports clothing and equipment, mental health services, hobbies such as painting and music and much more. 

Education support

We recognise the value of continuous development and as such DUAL provides financial support including an annual learning fund for each employee, support for those completing education courses, diplomas, degrees etc. and paid leave to attend exams throughout the year.

Volunteer leave

To align with our CSR and charity commitments and our passion for giving back to our communities, DUAL offers two paid days of volunteer leave per year for employees to volunteer for a cause of their choice.

FLEX

FLEX is a program designed to help employees achieve a healthy balance between their work and personal lives. FLEX allows DUAL to support a more diverse workforce and we encourage our people to work in ways that most suit their circumstances. FLEX includes (but isn’t limited to) working remotely, working hours outside of standard business hours and a wide range of working patterns.

Employee assistance program

We recognise the importance of providing holistic wellbeing support for our employees. One way DUAL does this is through our Employee Assistance Program. It offers six confidential, free of charge sessions per year with qualified experts. These experts provide guidance and support across a range of topics including relationships, parenting, finances, grief, work stress and more. 

Internet and home office allowance

To further support FLEX and our employees working from home, DUAL offers a benefit to contribute towards annual internet or home office set up costs. 

Cash out annual leave

We know how quickly time can slip by, leaving employees with more annual leave than they can use in the near future. 

At DUAL, we want our people to fully benefit from their leave balance. That's why we offer the option to cash out up to two weeks of annual leave each year. 

Employee referral bonus

We believe our employees are the experts at explaining why DUAL is a great place to work so if they make a successful referral we love to recognise this by giving them a bonus once their referral passes probation.

Novated leasing

DUAL has partnered with a novated leasing company. Novated leasing is a tax-effective way to finance a new, used, or existing vehicle with repayments managed through our payroll.

Life leave

DUAL offer employees an extra week of leave from your first day of employment to support you when ‘life happens’.

Salary continuance insurance

We want our employees to focus on what matters most during extended leave due to illness, injury, or carer responsibilities. That's why we provide salary continuance insurance, ensuring regular income and super contributions during challenging times. 

Mobile phone benefit

The mobile phone benefit is provided to support employees with the costs of using their personal mobile phone for work purposes.

Matching superannuation contributions

We offer flexible superannuation contribution arrangements to support our employees at DUAL. Employees can make salary sacrifice contributions, and we match them dollar for dollar up to 5% of their base salary.
