With the recent launch of our new and enhanced Cyber product, you might have several questions regarding the process for your client's DUAL Cyber renewals. 

To ensure consistency, for any future renewals DUAL issued on or after Friday, 1 March 2024 (irrespective of renewal date), we will now ask the client to complete a full proposal. This will protect both you and your clients, by accurately capturing all the questions and responses we need in an orderly manner. 

In your renewal invitation, you will find our new WebRater Cyber Proposal which can be found HERE. 

Please note, it is important to use the NEW Cyber Proposal as the previous versions do not have all the questions required. Please ensure you update your local copies and discard any older DUAL Cyber proposal documents.
