John was appointed Chief Executive Officer of DUAL North America in October 2021. He is responsible for leading DUAL North America's management and underwriting teams' growth and profitability, along with driving strategic vision for the company. John has 30 years of insurance and management experience. Prior to his current role, John was at Align Financial Holdings, LLC where he held roles as Group President as well as President of Catalytic Risk Managers and Align General. John graduated from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business with a B.A. in Finance.

Michelle was appointed Chief of Staff of DUAL North America in March 2023. She serves as a strategic advisor and partner to fellow executives, overseeing DUAL's strategic goals and cross-functional initiatives throughout the organization. Prior to her current role, Michelle served as Chief Financial Officer of Align Financial Holdings where she was responsible for leading the corporate accounting and financial operations teams. Michelle is licensed in California as a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Jerry was appointed Chief Operating Officer of DUAL North America in 2021. Jerry's responsibilities include overseeing operational policies, procedures and day-to-day operations; overseeing budgeting, planning, maintenance, and efficiency for operations and IT infrastructure; enforcing company standards and compliance; and managing hiring and staffing as required for operations and IT. Prior to his current position, Jerry held the Chief Operating Officer role at Align Financial Holdings and previously held positions of increasing responsibility during his 21 years at Arrowhead Insurance Agency, Inc. Jerry graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and holds an active P&C and Surplus Lines license in all 50 states.

Scott was appointed Chief Information Officer of DUAL North America in August 2024. He is responsible for driving innovation, implementing advanced technology solutions, and promoting continuous improvement that will be pivotal in shaping DUAL's technological future. He oversees DUAL's technology team, including the Heads of Production Applications, Technology Research and Development, and IT Infrastructure and Corporate Applications. Scott joins the team with 25 years of extensive expertise in the technology space across various industries.

Darren was appointed Chief Financial Officer of DUAL North America in October 2024. He is responsible for leading DUAL North America's Financial Strategy and supporting the business teams' growth and profitability. Darren has worked for the DUAL Group for 6 years, serving previously as DUAL UK CFO and Group Finance Director in London, UK. Darren has broad insurance industry experience in Finance, operational and finance leadership roles, including time with the Catlin/XL Group and with a startup Unit of AXA Insurance. Darren is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK.

Connie was appointed Chief Casualty Officer of DUAL North America in July 2023. She is responsible for overseeing DUAL's Commercial Casualty and Financial Lines divisions, driving growth initiatives, optimizing underwriting performance, and enhancing carrier partner relationships. Prior to her current role, Connie served as the President of an Insurtech startup and prior to that, she served as the President of Specialty Casualty at Everest Insurance. Having served in a variety of leadership roles in the specialty casualty insurance sector, she brings nearly 30 years of industry experience to DUAL.

Jon was appointed Chief Property Officer of DUAL North America in 2021. Jon is responsible for all underwriting strategies, decisions, proficiency, development, and performance across all property lines. He works in partnership with Property Division Presidents to ensure results are achieved consistent with outlined objectives and business strategies. Prior to his current role, Jon served as the Chief Underwriting Officer of Catalytic Risk Managers and previously held the role of President at Western Re for eight years. He has also held positions at North Shore Management Associates and Rollins Burdick Hunter (Aon). Jon graduated from the University of Missouri in 1989 with a Bachelor of Journalism degree and a U.S. History minor.

Andy was appointed Chief Personal Lines Officer of DUAL North America in 2021. Andy oversees strategy, underwriting, and performance of all DUAL North America personal lines products including wholly owned subsidiary NALICO General. Andy previously served as President of NALICO General Agency, and he formerly held executive positions at ReAlign Capital Strategies and Personable Holdings, Inc. He helped form Align General Insurance Agency in 2003 after eleven years at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency. A graduate from U.C. San Diego, Andy achieved degrees in Economics and Law & Society.

Ryan was appointed Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer of DUAL North America in 2021. Ryan is focused on centralizing marketing management initiatives across all DUAL programs, creating brand awareness strategies, and improving technological enhancements for increased efficiencies and productivity for DUAL producers. Prior to his current role, Ryan served as President of Deposit Choice, a subsidiary of Align Financial, and he has held a number of leadership positions over 25 years in the insurance industry, from Chief Marketing Officer at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency to President of Prospect Insurance Agency, part of Palomar Holdings.

Ranjit joined DUAL in December 2022 as Chief Risk Officer. Working with key stakeholders across DUAL and the Howden Group in developing and enhancing enterprise risk management approaches, Ranjit is responsible for leading the company's risk and compliance vision and strategy. He reports on risk exposures, identifies key emerging risks, and ensures the delivery of appropriate risk responses. Prior to joining DUAL, Ranjit had 25 years of experience in international financial services experience across consulting and corporate risk roles at companies including Swiss Re and EY. He is a graduate of Staffordshire University in the UK where he obtained a B.A. (Hons) in Law.

Kimberly was appointed Head of Strategic Planning for DUAL North America in 2021. She works with the executive team and division leaders to identify, evaluate, recruit and launch new programs onto the DUAL platform. She also works closely with leadership to identify opportunities to expand existing programs and teams leveraging their strong expertise and position in the market. In addition to exploring new program and expansion opportunities, Kimberly works with leadership to define the company's annual strategic initiatives to ensure growth goals are achieved.

Lacey joined the DUAL team in June of 2022, as Head of Human Resources at DUAL North America. Lacey leads the DUAL Human Resources team in the development and delivery of our key initiatives in recruitment, people & organization development, and HR operation initiatives in the U.S. Prior to joining DUAL, Lacey spent nearly five years with Qualcomm in various leadership roles, most recently holding the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University.
